Anger Worksheet
Take your time to think about the following items. Get yourself angry so that you can relate to the items from your feelings as well as from your recollections. Once you are sufficiently angry to really be in touch with that feeling--not enraged to the point that you are likely to act foolishly--answer these items as completely as you can. Stay in touch with your anger; as you begin to lose touch, just make yourself angry again.
Living in anger is not helpful, but relating effectively to your anger is helpful. This is an exercise best done in a properly selected place with sufficient time to explore your thinking while you are angry.
