24-7 Help Policies

24-7 HELP serves adults suffering emotional disturbance, maladaptive behavior, dysfunctional relationship problems and problems of daily living.

24-7 HELP can make no provisions for children while you are being served so please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment.

24-7 HELP does not accommodate emergency or urgent psychotherapy needs. You may make arrangements for these services through an emergency room or a psychiatric hospital. If upon assessment at the clinic, it is determined that you need this level of intervention a referral will be made. In such a case, the clinic will not provide transportation, personal accompaniment, nor guarantee of admission to any facility. And we're not going to pay for your care at any facility.

24-7 HELP does not provide assistance to support legal cases. We do not do child custody evaluations, for example. There are experts in this field who are equipped to help you. We are not.

24-7 HELP does not provide Abortion counseling, services or assistance.

24-7 HELP does not provide transgender counseling, services or assistance.

24-7 HELP does not provide counseling, services or assistance for those seeking to resolve issues or complications of any type of homosexual union.

24-7 HELP is not set to offer services to those who cannot use the computer interface to participate in therapy, to those needing a deaf interpreter, even one provided by the patient, or to those speaking any language other than American English fluently.

24-7 HELP does not condemn anyone. We accept everyone, however, we believe you should know the limits of our competence and capacity.
